Welcome to the Rancho Viejo South Community Association Website.  Rancho Viejo is an 11,000 acre master-planned, mixed-use community located immediately south of the City of Santa Fe, New Mexico.  We offer open spaces, 15 miles of winding trails, endless skies and stunning views of the Sangre de Cristo, Jemez and Sandia mountains.  The RVSCA is dedicated to preserving and enhancing the special quality of life in our community.
