Timarron West is a covenant controlled homeowners association. By purchasing a home in Timarron West, you automatically become a member of the association. Quarterly assessments are charged to each homeowner for the upkeep and maintenance of common area elements - such as parks, landscaping, walking paths, etc., and for the administration of the association.
You may view homes in the community that are currently listed for sale or lease by clicking on those items.
On the menu to the left, click on 'Documents' to view and print the governing documents of the homeowner's association, such as the Bylaws, CC&R's, Rules & Regulations, etc.
